Sorry for the long delay, folks. Things were crazy-busy for me after I got back from vacation, and unfortunately “the free photoblog” had to take a backseat to “jobs that pay me money.”

We recommence updates with shots from yours truly, Ollga, Charlotte, and Calinore (whose shot isn’t of faces but I really like it, so I’m exercising editorial powers and posting it anyway). Updates to this site will resume their monday-friday schedule as of 12/3/2007 … ie: this coming monday. Sorry for the delay! I’ve barely been at my PC all week, as I’ve been on-site doing contract work.

Today we have a new contributor to Faces of the City … my lovely girlfriend Charlotte! Sometimes when you’re taking pictures in New York, a random person comes up to you and goes “take my picture!” and you’ve little choice but to do as he says.

It’s the holiday season, which means travel, which means mildly erratic posting. Next week there will be updates on Monday and Tuesday (featuring at very least my shots and ollga’s … probably dul’s too), then a break until the following Monday, unless I manage to squeeze in an update from Syracuse, where I’m heading for Thanksgiving. There will also be a small interruption in posting in December.

I’m almost through all of the Flickr group’s pics (I skipped a couple that didn’t actually show any faces, but mostly we’ve posted all of them). Time to invite some more people! Anyway, here’s three of ollga’s pics for you guys. Sorry for no faces from NYC this week - I’ve been very busy and just haven’t gotten anywhere more exciting than the local Starbucks all week.
